No Failure

Many years ago, I became an NLP practitioner and trainer.

It stands for neurolinguistic programming.

Fancy name and fundamentally it’s training on how the brain, mind and body work to manage ourselves to get the results we want.

Robert Dilts was one of the founders of NLP, and I was lucky enough to train with him in the States; this is a presupposition of his to create the life you want.

It’s bang on.

The challenge is most people don’t see failure as feedback; they see it as an endpoint.

“I’ve failed at that.”

“I can’t do that.”

….. neither of which is true. You just haven’t kept going.

Successful people fail constantly; that is how they progress because it’s part of a process.

Your first blog is likely to be ropey, the same as your first email campaign.

You learn as you go.

Surround yourself with people and ask questions, and your failure starts to turn into success.

Have You Stopped Moving Forward?

I’ve been coaching people for over 30 years and it started with a sales representative who just couldn’t close because of the things they had spinning around in their head.

I have seen the same pattern at play in nearly every client I have started working with.

The good news is that I have created a short video series that will give you some relief straight away.
