Have you noticed how much time you spend;
✔ Thinking about your relationships with others
✔ Worrying about your friends or family members.
✔ Planning and doing surprise things with them.
✔ Making significant efforts with birthday celebrations.
And yet…how about YOU?
How often do you think about the relationship that you have with yourself?
How do you treat YOU?
….I don’t mean how you ‘pamper’ and spoil yourself (both of which I love doing as much as the next person, by the way).
Here’s something to consider.
You don’t need to invest any money or vast amounts of time to have a great relationship with yourself.
Really…Yes.
Having a great relationship with yourself is simply about committing to thinking amazing thoughts about YOU.
Sounds easy, doesn’t it.
So, why is it so hard?
The reality is that our brains are conditioned to look for the negative and judge.
We use huge amounts of energy to judge ourselves and leave little to show ourselves compassion and love.
I know it’s crazy, isn’t it? 🤦♀️
What would it be like for you if you spent time taking responsibility and acknowledging what a wonderful person you are and less time arguing and putting yourself down?
What would it be like if you took the time to LOVE yourself more? ❤
Take a moment now and think about it…What do you LOVE about yourself?
